Weatherproof Moving Head
The PLH-420 is a weatherproof moving head that combines spot, beam and wash. The hybrid PLH-420 offers high light output in combination with a very versatile range of functions. Thanks to IP65 class protection, it can even stand in the rain without any problems.
Beam and spot function
Thanks to its zoom optics, the moving head generates beam angles between 1° and 14° in beam mode and between 4° and 25° in spot mode. In beam mode, its 420 watt discharge lamp creates a targeted hotspot for a powerful light output, while in spot mode, it creates an extremely homogeneous image for consistent projections.
Equipment
The moving head is equipped with 9 rotating, interchangeable gobos as well as 14 fixed gobos and has two rotating prisms. The first prism produces 8 circular images, while the second produces 6 linear images. A frost filter softens the light to create a washlight effect; this feature can also be resized with the zoom. There are also 14 different colors on a color wheel.
